The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club (formerly Provo Golf Club) is undeniably one of the best golf courses in the Caribbean and is known for its wonderful scenery.
The fairways are lined with bushes that form real obstacles, combined with inland lakes and numerous palm trees. The par 3 hole 4 is a tough one, more than 180 metres long, beware of the wind! The par 4 hole 5 is well guarded by a bunker, is very narrow and the green is small, as is the par 4 hole 11, which is also angled and has a difficult tee shot.
The most difficult is the par 5 hole 12, which is 1,647 ft long and very narrow with the trade wind coming from the front. Also watch out for the par 3 hole 15, where the narrow, high green is guarded by a limestone outcrop.
